The lay of of the room

The stuff is not friendly Place is so small Bed is not flat There is no reciption u have to call the stuff and they will take time to reach u from there office which is 10 min walking from the place Value of mony which i pay i could something better in the same area I dont think i will advaice any one to use the hotel again

I liked the design and quiet of this two-storey studio apartment. We felt welcome and free to do as we pleased. The kitchen facilities were very good.

I thought someone would come and do some cleaning at least once and that didn't happen. The maintainance of the rooms should be enhanced so as to keep them perfect. No advice on how to travel in London.

We had a nice two story apartment which was clean and had good airconditioning. The downstairs was very warm. Upon arrival, we were received by a friendly landlord and he gave us all needed information about the apartment. Bed linen, soaps, shampoo and detergent were all included. The location was very nice, only 5-10 minute walk to the nearest underground station. Several shops, markets and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Because the weather in London was very cold when we were there, there were some problems with the heating upstairs. A big minus was the fact that our credit card and passport was photographed for the payment, never met such practice before, it still bewilders me.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was fantastic! A full kitchen, large living room and spacious two bedrooms made our trip comfortable with two kids. Yes, there is normal city noise outside, but you will find that anywhere; it was not disturbing in our opinion. The apartment is about a 3-5 minute walk from Earls Court Tube, near countless restaurants, as well as a 2 minute walk to a very large grocery store (Sainsbury's). Earl's Court is centrally located on the circle/district lines and piccadilly, taking you to the center of the city in no time. I would recommend this apartment! We have travelled all over Europe, this was a comfortable stay. Do phone the number listed on your reservation about 20 minutes before arrival so they can have someone at the apartment waiting for you (it also helps to give them an approximate arrival time when you book depending on your flight or train time so they know when to expect you). Someone was waiting for us when we got there since we gave them a heads up. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and they were pleasant to work with.
